A New weekly get active section for anyone who has relatively inactive, wanting to start doing something again that is tailored to their own needs and work at their own pace.
Starting Wednesday 25th September at 19:30, will include different levels and aspects of fitness from gentle individual programs building over the 12 weeks progressively. There will also be group activities, running games to make the sessions as fun as possible with full support from fully trained and experienced coaches. All are welcome but we are particularly looking to men and women who are 40 plus and have been inactive for a while however if you are younger and have also been inactiv this may be just the thing you need to get you going again. Alongside these sessions we will be running fun rugby running games for intermediate and
advanced athletes which people can swap over to when they fell ready.
